I.背景信息：

2020年5G元年，通信行業承蓬勃發展之態，各大運營商和鐵塔集團在布局新一代通訊基站?；居秒娏坎粩嗌仙?，通信基站智能化電力監控及節能管理已成為各運營商企業的研究方向。

而同時，目前鐵塔基站電力使用存在以下問題：

1.相關人員行為：

對應人員會依靠基站的供電系統，私自接搭自用設備。

2.非生產能耗居高不下:

據統計分析，平均每個基站空調的電費支出約占整個基站電費支出的54%左右，空調成為基站機房中的主要耗電設備。

3.系統聯動性差:

無法遠程控制基站設備和線路，線路出現故障時無法立即通知相應人員并采取措施。

4.基站數量大，運維負擔重、效率低：

現有的基站供電系統依然無法滿足用戶對智能化、信息化、可視化、維護簡便等的日益增加的需求，對系統中蓄電池的故障隱患等沒有預先感知和判斷，需要運維人員不斷的到現場進行運維服務，運維效率低。

I.Background
